Do you provide the alcohol?
Bandwagon primarily operates as a dry-hire service in compliance with the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) regulations, so the alcohol must be purchased and provided by you, your venue, or your caterer. But don’t worry! We will calculate amounts needed for your event and provide you with a curated shopping list.
If you prefer a cash bar at your event, we can obtain a temporary permit to provide the alcohol and sell drinks. Advance notice will be needed to allow time to obtain permit.
Can YOU service indoor events or provide bartending service without the trailer?
Yes! We can provide professional bartending service without the trailer, including service from our pop-up bar or from an existing bar at your venue.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely. Our packages are designed to give you a starting point, not put you in a box. If you have a specific setup, theme, cocktail, beverage, or idea in mind, tell us about it. We'll do our best to make it happen!

are you insured?
You betcha! Bandwagon Mobile Bar carries general and liquor liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance or needs to be added as an additional insured, we're happy to accommodate those requirements when available under our policy.
What happens after I request a quote?
We'll review your event details, confirm availability, and get back to you with a customized quote and next steps. No pressure. No hard sell.
What is required to reserve my date?
A signed service agreement and 50% deposit are required to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in your service agreement.
What does the Bandwagon trailer need for setup?
The Bandwagon trailer is approximately 15 feet long and requires an accessible route to a reasonably level area.
Everything inside the trailer is battery operated, so no electrical hookup is required.
We'll discuss access and placement with you before your event to make sure everything is set up smoothly and safely.
How many bartenders will my event need?
We’ll determine staffing based on your guest count and the needs of your beverage service to ensure your bar stays efficient and your guests aren't waiting in long lines. Your customized quote will include the appropriate staffing for your event.
